Suburban Emergency Medical Services is your trusted, non-profit community ambulance service dedicated to providing the most advanced pre-hospital emergency care and non-emergency transportation services to residents within our coverage area.
Each year, Suburban Emergency Medical Services offers a subscription and donation program designed to support the essential funding of ambulances, facility maintenance, cutting-edge medical equipment, and the ongoing training of our skilled volunteers and professional staff. Your generous support through subscriptions and donations plays a critical role in ensuring that our life-saving team can continue delivering high-quality emergency and non-emergency medical services at the lowest possible cost to you and your family. Without a subscription, these out-of-pocket expenses could become your responsibility. Please note that this program is not an insurance policy but a way to help reduce unexpected costs.
Your subscription ensures we’re prepared for any emergency and helps fund essential ambulances, medical equipment, building expenses, and staff training.
Our Subscription Provides:
- Up to $500 credit per emergency ambulance trip applied to coinsurance/deductibles
- Reduced rates for medically and non-medically necessary nonemergency transportation services that are not covered by insurance
- Support for 24/7 emergency and non-emergency services at the lowest cost possible
- *Subscription must be active at the time of service in order to receive subscription benefits
