To support these services, Suburban EMS operates a fully staffed, 24/7 Dispatch Department responsible for managing all incoming calls emergency and non-emergency. Our experienced dispatchers coordinate closely with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely information is collected at the time of the request. They also assign units strategically to ensure the closest and most appropriate crew responds, helping to minimize response times in urgent situations.

We are the primary Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) provider for 911 calls in the 19 municipalities we serve in Northampton and Monroe Counties.
